Located approximately 15 minutes west of Phoenix, just off I-10, Phase I of has recently opened with 285 spaces (40 pull thru lots), and Phase 2 is under construction. A practice executive golf course is also under construction, with 4 holes located through the spacious resort (golf course lots available!). The full-time, friendly staff will make your stay comfortable with activities and amenities! The resort has shuffleboard, bocci ball, pool table, games and card tournaments, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, phone and internet connections, and state of the art laundry facilities.

What our visitors have to say about their stay at our park is a hundred times more important then what we could ever say: "We stayed for an extended period of time last year. We appreciated the green grass and trees. There were many rabbits (but not too many) and birds. Both of which we don't find much of in Arizona. The management at the time was fairly new and the management this time was new. Both were very friendly and the new managers now seem to be working very diligently at improving the grounds, adding color and improving the ambiance for their visitors. All of the permanent residents seem to be very friendly, helpful and very positive about the improvements. The pool was not open but they seem to be working on it. We will definitely stay here again as what is most important to us is a clean, quiet and safe park. We camped here in a Motorhome."
